How long does it take to drill a new water well?

Most residential wells are drilled in one to two days once we're on site, depending on depth and geology. From your first call to a finished, producing well — including permitting, drilling, casing, and pump installation — the full process typically runs one to three weeks.

How deep does my well need to be?

Depth depends on the water table under your specific property, not a fixed number for the area. We evaluate your site and nearby well records before drilling so the well is sized correctly for reliable, long-term production rather than guessed at.

Why does my water pressure drop or come out weak?

Weak or dropping pressure usually points to a failing pump, a waterlogged pressure tank, a bad pressure switch, or a well that's drawn down. We diagnose the well, pump, and pressure system together so we fix the actual cause instead of just resetting a breaker.

My well has no water at all — is that an emergency?

How often should a pressure tank or pump be replaced?

Pressure tanks generally last 10-15 years before the internal bladder fails, and submersible pumps commonly run 10-20 years depending on well conditions and duty cycle. If your system is in that range and pressure is inconsistent, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
